Summary: Get to grips with fasion!
16,000 costumes ranging from the 18th century onwards, 35,000 fashion accessories, 30,000 textile artifacts; altogether 81,000 works which trace the evolution of fashion and the development of innovations within textiles since the 14th century.
Fashion designers from the 20th century such as Chanel, Pierre Balmain, Christian Dior, André Courrèges, Paco Rabanne, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Lacroix and Azzedine Alaïa as well.
These collections are so fragile that they cannot be permanently exhibited, so make the most of this temporary exposition!
