Summary: Historical legend. From March 4th 2006 until the end of 2007, the Musée de l'Armée is displaying a selection of over twenty objects that belonged to the French Emperor. In the Chapelle de la Vierge, the objects are laid out by theme, from glory, to weapons he used in military conquests and everyday objects. Michel Albertini heads the project, which aims to present Napoleon's possessions in an interesting way while respecting the Chapelle de la Vierge. |
