Summary: On the Rue du Cinéma...
The opening of the Truffaut Cinema Library, in parallel with the reopening of the Forum des Images, both on the Rue du Cinéma, is part of a grand scheme to elevate cinema to the status of art form, an expertly rendered cocktail of image, sound, writing and acting.
Those in the cultural department of the Paris town hall worked hard to make this a goldmine of information about the 7th Art. It is a place for research and intellectual excellence, but also a place to meet others and share one's passion for the world of cinema.
