As well as a remarkable collection of sculptures and 3D objects by Hans Jean Arp, significant abstract works by the pioneers of abstraction (Kandinsky, Kupka), the masters of surrealism (Ernst, Masson, Brauner) and some of the major figures of contemporary art (Baselitz, Buren, Filliou, Pascali). New Realism and conceptual art, Fluxus and Arte Povera are some of today's artists represented in an exhibition which highlights the important art movements of the 20th century and witnesses the diversity and the vitality of contemporary creation. |
