Transport

By Car (from Poitiers):
- Take the N10.
- Then take the ring road towards Bordeaux.

From Bordeaux:

- Then take the ring road towards Poitiers.
- Take the exit signposted Cognac.
- Turn right.
- Then take the first street on the left hand-side.

From Angoulême:
- Head towards Saintes/Cognac.

Restaurants

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 to 10:00 at weekends. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00.

Important

Late arrivals and no-shows: arrivals before 23:00. In case of late arrivals the hotel may re sell your room. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 23:00 local time. In the case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation after 23:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
