Late arrivals and no-shows: arrivals before 23:00. In case of late arrivals the hotel may re sell your room. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 23:00 local time. In the case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation after 23:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking.
