Transport

By Car (from the A62 motorway):
- Take exit 7 signposted Agen-Parc des Expositions.
- Cross La Garonne (river).
- After the traffic light, carry on for 500 meters.
- Then turn right 4 times.

From Bordeaux:
- Take the N113 to the A62 motorway.
- Then follow the above directions.

From Villeneuve-sur-Lot:
- Take the A62 motorway and follow the above directions.

From Toulouse:
- Take the N113 to the A62 motorway.
- Then follow the above directions.

Important

Late arrivals and no-shows: arrivals before 23:00. In case of late arrivals the hotel may re sell your room. If you cannot change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel before 23:00 local time. In the case of no-show and if you cannot cancel your reservation after 23:00, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the booking.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
