The hotel is situated in a peaceful street (le passage des Princes) in a lively neighbourhood. Studios for 2 or apartments for 4, all with fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate WC. We have a la carte services.

The hotel is very close to the Drouot auction room and to the stock market. The district of Richelieu-Drouot is an important shopping area where you will find numerous boutiques, shopping galleries - Passages Verdeau, Choiseul, Jouffroy & des Panoramas - and restaurants. Paris Opera House and large department stores are only 10 minutes away on foot, and the Grévin wax museum is around the corner. If you want to go to the cinema or to a concert at the Grand Rex, it is only 10 minutes away on foot. There are also many theatres and L'OLYMPIA in the neighbourhood.

Transport

Aparthotel is served by metro lines 8 and 9 (Richelieu-Drouot station), 3 (Quatre-Septembre 10 minutes on foot - links with Gare St-Lazare) and 7 (Le Peletier 10 minutes on foot). Rer a, Auber station. Taxi stand: 2-minute walk. Bus lines 20 , 39 , 48 . Allow 45 minutes from airports Roissy CdG and Orly. Ring road: exits Porte de Vincennes (coming from the East), Porte de Saint-Ouen or Porte de Clichy (coming from the North), or Porte Maillot (coming from the South or the West).

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 9.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
