Transport

Our Concierge "Clefs d'Or" and his assistants are at your entire disposal for any information in order to finalise your stay.
Should you decide to drive, may we inform you that the Hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone. It would be our pleasure to send an access map, with the code to access Old Lyon, if you could just inform us from which direction you shall be coming.

Private pick up with English speaking driver will be 75 Euros. It requires the coach number so that the driver could wait on the platform where the carriage stops.

Restaurants

The restaurant, Café-Epicerie Les Loges, is open every day for lunch and dinner. Reservations are needed.

The chef prepares innovative gourmet cuisine in an open kitchen using only the freshest seasonal produce.

As the Cour Des Loges is situated in a semi-pedestrianised area, you will need an access code to reach the hotel. Please call the hotel directly for instructions on how to access the building.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 14 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 12.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 35.00 per day.
