Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 29.50 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
