For all reservations made between December, 28th and January, 2nd, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. For all cancellations after this deadline, the first night will be charged on the credit card given at the time of booking.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
