The hotel has been totally renovated and is situated only 5mins from the town centre. We welcome you to come and discover our pseciality of good food in the unique setting of our 'La Ferme' (the farm) restaurant.

Transport

From Paris, Nantes, Angers, Rennes by A11: Bretelle Tours/Blois then exit N23 follow Le Mans centre. At the 4th lights take a right. From Tours by RN138: Follow Alencon toutes directions (all directions), at the lights turn right then go straight ahead for 5mins.

Restaurants

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 09:30 and dinner is served from 19:00 to 22:00.

The restaurant is not open for lunch but there is a restaurant 50 metres from the hotel that serves a tasty midday meal.

Important

Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 22:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after this time. If you are unable to change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 22:00 local time.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
