In the Tarn valley, in the heart of the unique site of Ambialet, the hotel restaurant has been handed down from father to son for almost 2 centuries.

It is built in a haven of peace, in calm and green surroundings on the banks of the Tarn River and features a fully-equipped seminar room that can accommodate up to 25 people. The restaurant serves creative regional cuisine in a complimentary environment; on a terrace overlooking the river in the summertime, and in a cosy dining room fitted with a chimney in the winter.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.
