The reception is open 24 hours a day.

There is no on-site restaurant, but the staff can help you find a restaurant near the hotel.
The hotel bar only serves non-alcoholic beverages.

Important

Late arrivals and no-shows: guests are required to check-in before 23:00. Please note that the room may be resold after that time. If you cannot change your arrival time, please call the number provided on your reservation confirmation before 23:00 local time.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.99 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
