The Appart'City Cap Affaires is located a few minutes away from the town centre of Rennes. The residence is surrounded by a green setting where you will be able to relax and enjoy the peaceful area.

AppartCity Cap Affaires apartments offer you large volumes and sea horizons from 2 to 6 people, refined and cosy places to live, in order to give you a real sense of well-being and relaxation. All our furnished and fully equipped apartments are customised with: phone, living-room and desk area, bathroom, Satellite or cable tv, storage space and one or two bedrooms depending on the property.

From Monday to Friday: 8am until 12:30pm and 3pm until 7pm
On Saturday: 8am until 12:00pm and 2pm until 4pm
Closed: Sunday and Bank holidays

In case of an arrival outside these hours, you must imperatively notify the hotel during the open hours to get an access code.

A degressive rate is available for longer stays.

The residence cleans each week its apartments.

Transport

From the airport, take the West bypass to Lorient/Brest/Saint Malo, then Saint- Brieuc/Brest/Vezin le Coquet/Ville, and exit at le Coquet/Vilejean.

Restaurants

Breakfast is served daily except on Sundays and on public holidays.

Electricity will be at an additional cost for stays of 30 days.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
