Citéa Bordeaux has 108 apartments spread over 4 storeys, friendly, functional spaces for working, eating, and relaxing. To make life easier, we provide a breakfast room, an automatic clothes-washing facility and underground parking. An outdoor swimming pool is also provided for our clients' enjoyment from May to September. .

Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 21:00
Weekends: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00

In the case of arrival outside these hours please inform the residence in advance. They will send an email with the codes required to gain access to your accommodation.

Payment:

Guests must pay for their accommodation upon arrival.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged EUR 3.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
