Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 75 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
