Renting an apartment-hotel means the benefit of more space than you would have if you had stayed in a traditional hotel room, and at a lower cost too. You will be able to enjoy your vacation with more freedom and comfort. You will also be able to invite your friends over, just like at home, prepare dinner, work comfortably or to use your stay to relax.
All of our apartments are located in various historical buildings.For this reason, some of these buildings are not equipped with an elevator.

Our staff speaks English, Spanish, German and of course French. Chose one of our apartment-hotels with confidence, You will pick-up your keys in our office located 236, rue Saint Martin in the third district of Paris. A member of our team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment

Please note that the hotel will contact you by email to give the access code. You will have linens for the length of your stay and a welcome pack.

Security deposit:
For all studio apartments, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in.
For all other apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in.
This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.

If you plan to arrive after 19:00 on a Saturday or a Sunday, please contact the hotel directly regarding late check-in procedure.
