We have been away from home for several months and this request for
feedback came while we were away.
We cannot now access the form but you might still want the feedback.
The hotel was very pleasant.
We were given Room 213.
The bathroom was very smelly (a bad smell, like drains) and this was the case throughout our stay.
On the evening of 19th there was torrential rain. We had no umbrellas and the hotel
did not have any to lend us.
We were told there was no food available in the hotel and they could not
suggest any take-away/delivery of food.
Going outside for only a minute meant we got very wet so we asked for the nearest place to eat.
We were directed to restaurants at least 15 minutes walk away and to mention the name of
the hotel receptionist. We would have been soaked to our skin getting there!
Eventually we were so hungry that we went out even though the rain was still vey
heavy. We found to our great surprise that there is a good restaurant in the hotel
directly across the road from Hotel Brice. This had not been mentioned to us at all.
We felt all this showed lack of care for the guests by the hotel and staff.
That same evening when we were getting into bed the leg of the bed came off. It could not be
screwed back on and had clearly been only placed under the bed without being fixed.
This was a very disappointing experience for us. We have visited Nice many times and
were looking forward to staying in your hotel.

Shuttles are available to the exit of the airport in direction of `Nice centre'. Go down to the street Meyerbeer then to go up it to the hotel. To move you downtown all the buses are available opposite the hotel.
