Situated in the typically mediterranean town centre of Quillan the Hotel Restaurant Cartier has accomodated its customers for the last three generations in a warm family atmosphere.

A bit of History

Neither a descendant of Jacques CARTIER's, nor a shareholder in that Parisian establishment, my great grandfather opened the hotel in 1902. Since then, three generations have followed one another.

The hotel includes 28 nice modern rooms with lift service (Double glazing, shower or bath, toilet, TV, telephone, Internet connection).

The hotel offers every modern convenience in spite of it's being one hundred years old.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE A fine breakfast buffet with locally made jam is served from 7 to 10 a.m.

PARKING FACILITIES Free public parking opposite the hotel or locked garage Weekly service : It is possible to leave your car in our garage for the week ideal for hikers.

We serve traditional local food in a refined country-style atmosphere : Duck, Foie gras, Cassoulet, mushrooms and truffles are on offer.
