Restaurants
Our Chief, Gille Gourvat, get his experiences with the best cooks, and particularly with Michel Guerard, the big cook with his 3 stars from Eugénie les Bains, who learnt him all the talent and the creativity.
After Paris where he works with Jacques Cagnat (2 stars Michelin), Gilles Gourvat became cook.
In St Barthélemy, then in Savoie and above all in Méribel where he remains for many years the emblematic cook of the Altiport restaurant.
Meals are served in the comfortable dinning room of the castle, or when the weather is good, in terrace overhanging the swimming-pool and the park.
Our restaurant has just received 16 in Gault & Millau.
