The hotel is open from 07:30 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 Saturdays and Sundays.
In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel before 21:00 in order to obtain your access code.

Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
