This hotel is one of the oldest hotel at Saumur which was destroy during the second world war and rebuilt after. His geographical situation easily explains his destriction because near the bridge and the railway station, 2 strategicals structures important to destroy during the war. During it reconstruction, they built one more floor.

Breakfast is weekly served from 5.30 AM to 9.00 and on sunday from 7.00 am to 10.00.
It is a continental breakfast with toasts, croissant, french bread, cereals and yoghourts.
