Description
This 2-star hotel is situated in La Roche-sur-Yon, in the heart of the Vendée region. It offers bright and comfortable rooms in a peaceful area just 2 minutes from Napoleon's square.
Hôtel Balladins is only 30 minutes from the ocean and the Puy Du Fou historical theme park. Being just a 3 minute walk from the train station, the hotel makes an excellent base for exploring the region; Sables dOlonne, Ile de Noirmoutier and Nantes are all less than an hour away. The beautiful Poitevin Marsh, also known as Green Venice, is also nearby.
If you feel sporty, an ice-skating rink, swimming pool, sports centre and golf course are all within a few kilometres of the Roche Sur Yon.

From Nantes by highway: Direction to La Roche Sur Yon, to town center, thentake the direction town center to La Roche Sur Yon and in 1st traffic lights take right. |

The Balladins' restaurant offers various great-value formulas including wine. A children's menu is available and an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is an optional extra.
Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday.
Dinner is served from 19:45 to 21:15 Monday to Thursday.

The reception is open from 07:15 to 22:00. Access via digicode is available from 23:00 during the week and from 22:00 at weekends. Please contact the hotel in advance to receive the access codes.
