This passion is shared with small local producers and farmers on the Lices market in Rennes or in the Vitré countryside. Rigorous selection of the best small fishermen are essential for serving the best fish, lobsters and seafood from St Mâlo and Bretagne.
It is not rare to see the cook run into the garden to pick herbs or zucchini flowers as Pen'Roc has its own cottage garden. In this garden you can find antique vegetables, borage flowers, black potatoes, helianthi or "Maras des Bois" strawberries for homemade jams that you will have the pleasure of eating for breakfast.
