The Hotel Grimaldi is a small hotel with atmosphere and charm located in the medieval village of Le Haut de Cagnes, a short distance from the sea between Nice and Antibes. Situated in an idyllic setting in the heart of the village square at the foot of the historic Chateau Grimaldi, it is the perfect place to experience the charm of a provencal village life whilst exploring the Cote d’Azur.

Cagnes-sur-Mer has at the same time a historical past dependent on Grimaldi and their castle, but also an artistic inheritance bequeathed by many artists such as Renoir, Foujina, Soutine. The hippodromme of Cagnes-sur-Mer made famous city. A city which preserves many richnesses mélant last and traditions...

Restaurant Le Grimaldi is situated in an idyllic setting in the heart of the village square at the foot of the historic Chateau Grimaldi.
The restaurant offers seating for 30 persons in a warm, inviting and tastefully decorated room full of charm. In the sun drenched terrace with seating for 60, meals can be enjoyed whilst enjoying the sweeping panoramic views and observing the local village life in the heart of the plaza.
Our Chef de Cuisine, Franck Manenq, and Chef de Partie, Daniel Constable, will offer you fresh and creative dishes as well as discovering all the culinary richness and products which makes the Provence a very special place. Both chefs have excellent experience and specialise in blending traditional cooking with modern tastes and presentation. There is nothing better to complement a meal than an excellent bottle of wine. Hence we offer a wide selection of wines not only from the Provence, but also from other regions of France and the world.

The village of Le Haut de Cagnes is ideally situated, just a 5 – 10 minute drive from Nice Cote d’Azur Airport; 15 km from Cannes, 8 km from Antibes; 25 km from Monaco.
Directions from the A8 (Motorway):
- Coming from Nice, follow signs to Cagnes sur Mer Exit No. 48
- Coming from Cannes / Aix en Provence, follow signs to Cagnes, Vence (Exit No. 47)
From Route Nationale 7, follow signs to Cagnes sur Mer
From Route Nationale 98 (Coastal Road), follow signs to Cagnes sur Mer, turning inland when you see the Hippodrome.
Once in Cagnes sur Mer, follow signs to centreville. You will see signs to Haut de Cagnes, Bourg Medieval (these are in brown indicating a Historic site). Follow the signs where the road will lead you up the hill. Keep following the signs to Haut de Cagnes and this will eventually lead you to the Chateau Grimaldi. At the foot of the Chateau is the Place de Chateau. Le Grimaldi is located in the middle of the square, in front of the boule court.
