This guest house is situated in Linxe in the heart of the Aquitaine region. It is set within a garden with a terrace, and guests are free to relax in the TV lounge, or by the outdoor swimming pool.

Free WiFi is provided in each of the individually decorated rooms and apartments at Maison 4 Saisons. They all have electric kettles, wardrobes and private bathroom facilities.

Breakfast is served every morning between 07:30 and 09:30 in the breakfast/dining/TV room where a fridge and microwave are available for guests. The apartment and studios have their own kitchen facilities, and guests may also use the BBQ facilities in the garden.

Free parking is available and bikes may be stored safely. The city of Dax with its train station is 31km away and the guest house is a 1 hour drive from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Please note that for the apartments and studios, a EUR 40 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

  This small ground-floor double bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, kettle, tea/coffee and a small seating area. There is direct access to the lounge/dining/breakfast room which guests are welcome to use to work or relax.

  This twin room has a bathroom or a shower room. It also includes a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.
  
  
• Studio appartment 1- Twin beds from60.90 €
  2 people max.
  This is a large studio room with lounge and dining area, kitchen with oven, hotplates, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There are 2 single beds. Outside is a large, covered terrace area with table and chairs looking onto the garden. You are kindly requested to clean the studio before departure to avoid paying an end-of-stay cleaning extra fee. Please note that bed linen is provided but towels are not provided.

  This cosy studio has a lounge/sleeping area with TV and a kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffeemaker. There is a private bathroom.   This is a light and spacious room has a double bed. There is a kettle and tea and coffee provided as well as a small en suite shower room with toilet and basin.

  This light and airy studio includes a lounge and dining area, bed (140cm) and well-equipped kitchen area with hotplates, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a small private garden area with table and chairs. You are kindly requested to clean the studio before departure to avoid an end-of-stay cleaning charge. Bed linen is provided, but please note that towels are not provided.
