Olivarius Apart?Hotels, built in 2008, offers a variety of unique studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Located in Cergy-Pontoise, guests are just outside the centre of Paris.
Olivarius Apart'Hotels Cergy is a modernly designed building which offers 130 spacious apartments built around a 1,000 m² atrium filled with real olive trees. Guests can reserve an apartment for 1 night to several months.
All apartments have a fully-furnished kitchen, comfortable 4 star bedding, private bathroom with bath/shower and toilets, free high-speed Internet access and are cleaned 3 times a week.
For long stay guests, roll away furniture can be provided to make extra room for your personal belongings.
The residence is decorated with designer Italian furniture and an original 30 metre-high painting of from J.P. Ghiglione.
There is also a contemporary lounge bar with a high-tech sound system that helps create a diverse musical ambience throughout the day.

Surrounding Area
The residence is only 5 minutes away from Port Cergy, a marina on the River Oise, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
Guests of the residence will find that Paris is just a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Guests using public transportation can reach the city centre in under an hour.
Transport
Guests travelling by car should take the A15, exit number 9 Cergy Préfecture and follow the direction of Port Cergy. The hotel is located on Boulevard du Port.
Guests using public transportion should take the RER A, direction Cergy to Cergy Préfecture. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station.
Cergy is served by three stations on Paris RER line A and on the Transilien Paris.
There are also direct buses to and from Charles de Gaulle International Airport terminal 2.
Restaurants
An American breakfast is included in all apartment rates and is served from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
The hotel lounge bar serves until 23:00 and often features evening entertainment.
Next to the bar you will find the Boutique Gourmande, open 24/7, where you can buy food and beverages to either take away or eat in.
