With a balcony, each of the studio apartments has a TV and a bathroom with a bathtub. Self-catering facilities include a microwave, stove and dishwasher. You can borrow board games free of charge.

Information
Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be reserved prior to arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair. |

?From Paris: A10 motorway and take Arcachon A63 junction.
?At Place de Verdun (war memorial in the middle), follow directions to the Casino and beach ("plage"), then turn left at the Casino and continue for approximately 1 km.
Note: electric bus (paying) at the resort all year round from 9 am to 7 pm (approximately every 30 minutes).

Reception opening hours until 16/11/2013:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Wednesday: closed.
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00
A EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival, and should be paid by cheque or credit card. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the price includes TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen and the dishes). Check in from 14:00 and Check out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12.00).
For stay from 7 nights and more, TV is included in the price.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment at an extra cost. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old. Subject to availability.
