 The residence stands on the top of a rocky promontory with a panoramic view of the sea. The style is highly original, with small marble and glass buildings that blend perfectly into the landscape and surroundings. All the apartments have big terraces, most of them with stunning views over the sea, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. For relaxation, there is a superb overflow swimming pool overlooking the sea. The beach is 1 km away (access by stairway). The Principality of Monaco is 4 km away.

- One 200 m² rectangular overflow swimming pool (15 m x 13.5 m), unsupervised, overlooking the sea with terrace/solarium, open all season until 8 p.m. Depth: 0.80 m to 2 m.
- 14 m² pool (5.50 m x 2.50 m), 0.50 m deep.
- At the poolside: deckchairs, mattresses and parasols provided, depending on availability.
Beach
- Mala* beach (pebbles) accessible on foot (1 km) via stairway. Deckchairs can be hired on the beach.
