The residence is located 250 m from shops, services and the harbour. For your relaxation: the sauna and the half-covered swimming-pool heated on the covered side.
The Cible Beach in Saint-Martin is located 1 km away and the beach is accessible by car and also by bicycle, approximately 4 km away (Bois Plage).
