An eco-village between the sea, dunes and lakes in the Bay of Somme
A water fun centre (covered and open air sections) and an 18-hole golf course.
Clubs for children and teenagers from 3 months to 18 years.
The Eco-Village, protected and fully-pedestrian, recreates the atmosphere of the Picardy coast at the turn of the 20th century. The site's architecture is completely in keeping with its environment and comprises 6 "quartiers" or areas:
- The "Quartier de la Place" has a little square on the edge of the Grand Lac with a small 2-floor building housing apartments with large bay windows. There are also two other small buildings, one home to the Maison de Belle Dune activity centre and the other the main reception. The south side of the square opens onto a bank of the artificial lake with full amenities.
- The "Quartier des Eaux Vives" extends behind the "Quartier de la Place" and is linked to the latter by footpaths. It comprises semi-detached houses in groups of 3 and 4. Some border the Grand Lac and others the canal so there are uninterrupted views to be had over the lake, the surrounding countryside and the golf course.
The "Quartier du Grand Lac" extends out from the square and is linked to it by a footpath. It comprises small semi-detached houses with a view over the lake.
- The "Quartier du Hameau": semi-detached houses on the golf course and in the vicinity of the Club House.
- The "Quartier de l'Ile aux Oiseaux I et II" is in a very tranquil setting bordering the golf course, a small lake or the dunes.
- The semi-detached houses in the "Quartier de la Plage", 600 m from Quend beach and 1.5 km from the centre of the resort, border a natural lake on the edge of the forest. Heated outdoor pool in summer (no sea view).
