House "Tatiana I", outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Juan les Pins, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: grounds 2000 m2 (fenced). Grocers, restaurant 1 km. Sandy beach 1.7 km, tennis 500 m. The owner lives on the same grounds on which there is also another holiday apartment. This house is very much suitable for families.
