Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Garage. Double glazing. Access to the house by 10 steps. 1st floor: at the entrance to the bedrooms, there is a beam 1.80 m height. The shower ceiling height is from 30 cm to 230 cm. Carpet in the bedrooms. Stone barbecue. Electric heating extra from 1 Oct to 31 May, to be paid for on site according to use.
