Small lounge. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed, separate WC and shower, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath-room and separate WC, exit to the garden. Open kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Upper floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm), separate WC and shower. 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, 1 double bed, separate WC and shower. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, cot. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Central heating. Included in rent: 5 hours' cleaning and one linen change per minimum 2 week stay. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, storage room for pillows and beach mats. Cradle and cot available. Deposit: 770 EUR.

Private use: garden 1500 m2 with lawn 500 m2. Terrace 40 m2. Covered terrace 20 m2 with large dining table. Barbecue with bar, sink and dishwasher. Garden furniture and deck chairs. Covered parkingr for 5 cars. A caretaker lives in a serviced apartment with separate entrance. House "Les Hirondelles". Private: swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Shop 5 km, restaurant 4 km.
