Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm), exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm), shower, exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 60 m2 partly covered, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace 50 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking (2 cars). Included in the rental: 1 change of linen for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks. Deposit: 500 Euros.

Very nice house "Terrasse Croix Gardes", built in 2007, above Cannes, in the district of Croix de Gardes, 6 km from the centre, in the residential district. Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped, with built-in steps (25 m2 depth 165 cm, 01.05.-31.10.). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m. Sandy beach 2.5 km, golf course 6 km. Please note: car essential. A complex of buildings is being constructed nearby.
