Terrace 60 m2 partly covered, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace 50 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking (2 cars). Included in the rental: 1 change of linen for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks. Deposit: 500 Euros.

Very nice house "Terrasse Croix Gardes", built in 2007, above Cannes, in the district of Croix de Gardes, 6 km from the centre, in the residential district. Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped, with built-in steps (25 m2 depth 165 cm, 01.05.-31.10.). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, golf course 6 km. Please note: car essential.
