Lounge 80 m2, with open fireplace, TV, video and stereo unit, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with bar. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm), bath-room and shower, exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, hand-basin. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower, exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Floor heating. Terrace 60 m2, south facing position. Terrace 110 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, telephone (extra), children's highchair, cot for up to 2 year olds. Garage. From the living room, access via a staircase with open twin bedrooms (1 m each) air conditioning, corner lounge, shower/WC. 3 bedrooms with carpet. Included in the price: 2 hours of cleaning. Cleaning lady (extra) on request. House for non-smokers only. Breakage deposit: 1000 Euros.

Private: natural state grounds 3 ha, trees, swimming pool with built-in steps (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.), outside shower. Parking, in the grounds. Shop 5 km, grocers, restaurant 1 km. Tennis 1 km, riding stables 3 km. Please note: car essential. Pool house: 2 hot plates, sink, small fridge, table for 8 people. Separate WC. Electric gate with remote control.
