Campestra: small hamlet 6 km from Chiavari. The complex consists of 2 terraced houses and a detached house, situated on a slightly sloping hill. Small holiday complex, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, 01.04.-30.10.), table tennis, garden furniture. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 6 km. Sandy beach, rocky beach 6 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. Ideal for nature lovers. A dog is attached to the entrance of the owner's house.Animals are strictly forbidden. Hen house in the grounds opposite.
