Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC and TV. 1 children's room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings ceiling height 110 - 140 cm with curtain, skylight, with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Small patio 12 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Residence "L'Hacienda", in the district of Ayguades, 3 km from the centre of Gruissan. For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 5 m, 15.06.-01.09.). Parking. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 2 km. Sandy beach 800 m. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. Near the Mateille lake. Please note: bermuda shorts must not be worn in the swimming pool. Enclosed swimming pool.
