The apartments are either on the ground or top floor and have either a garden seating area or terrace.

Situated in Saint-Andre-des-Eaux on the hills of La Baule, on the edge of the Briere, the "Hotel du Golf International de la Baule" is a complex of apartments and villas in the middle of grounds that include 3 golf courses over 220 hectares. It is ideal for nature-lovers and also for passionate golfers. Apart-hotel, outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of La Baule, in the green. For shared use: grounds 220 ha with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated (22.03.-25.10.). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, breakfast room, lounge. Boutique, laundry. Linen change daily. Room cleaning daily. Parking. Shop, grocers 7 km. Tennis 7 km. Available free to guests, per day and per person: 1 hour of tennis. Per stay and per person: 1/2 hour of golf tuition, 1 hour of windsurfing or catamaran; 1 thalassotherapy session at the Thalgo centre; 1 drink from the bar vending machine and 1 entrance to the casino disco in La Baule. Available: transfer bus within the complex, bikes. Childrens club open in July and August (extra) one discounted day for all stays of a week.
