A most attractive and select development of villas on the edge of a golf course with shared pool Position: Just over three miles from the fashionable resort of La Baule, with its shops, boutiques and excellent restaurants and under five miles from it’s fabulous sandy beach, ideal for all watersports and sand yachting The excellent 18 hole golf course of La Baule/St Andé des Eaux is on your doorstep and the village of St André des Eaux, with shops, cafés and restaurants is about two miles away. Just over 10 miles from the vast marshland national park of La Grande Briere notable for its rich wild bird life. This exclusive development consists of 30 villas each with their own terrace and garden area with garden furniture and 31 apartments, all set in spacious grounds with magnificent heated swimming pool, as well as a central reception area with laundry facilities, mini golf and childrens’ playground. There is free wifi in the reception area. We offer three types of villa, all providing spacious and comfortably furnished accommodation. Each has a well equipped kitchen with four hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels, television hire, cots, high chairs, barbecue, maid service available at extra cost payable locally.
