This traditional stone farm cottage has been beautifully restored and decorated and is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard. The large open plan and wood beamed living room has two sofas around the fireplace with wood burner, large screen TV, Hi Fi, dining area and very well equipped kitchen with bar, wall oven, gas hob (5 burners), microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric mixer, cafetiere and kettle. Double patio doors lead to the terrace. There is a separate utility room with freezer, washing machine, dryer and sink, a shower room with hydro massage shower and a separate wc. Open tread stairs lead to a large landing with cot and two bedrooms under the eaves, a double with TV/DVD and video player and a room with double and single bed. Separate wc. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen included.

Beautifully furnished cottage in quiet rural surroundings Position: Some four miles from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of Guisseny on the Cote des Légendes in north Finistere and a similar distance from Kerlouan with its supermarket. More extensive shopping in Lesneven about five miles away and 16 miles from the port town of Brest. On the edge of a quiet hamlet, with open fields to one side and set in a large, well maintained garden with lawn, attractive decking terrace with picnic table, garden furniture and barbecue.
