This character cottage offers very comfortable accommodation, furnished and equipped to a high standard for the owners' own use outside the holiday season. The large living room is in two parts, one with dining table and chairs, TV and sofa around an enclosed fireplace, the other, which can be closed off behind a sliding door, providing a quiet sitting area with sofas and armchairs. Stairs from here lead to a mezzanine with single bed. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, cafetiere and toaster. Utility room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, bathroom and separate wc. The main stairs lead to the master double bedroom which is light and airy and furnished in modern style with satellite TV. Cot provided. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.

Pretty, well equipped house, close to coast line and beaches Position: On the beautiful Cotes D'Armor, some three miles west of the market town of Lannion with its good selection of shops and restaurants and with a supermarket less than two miles away. On the outskirts of the pretty village of Ploulech and just two miles from the spectacular Pointe de Yaudet with its sandy beaches close by. Many delightful walks from here along this lovely coastline which you can also explore by car or on bicycle. In a peaceful rural setting, the house stands in spacious grounds, not fenced but presenting no danger. On one side is a large flat area of lawn, perfect for childrens games, whilst on the other side  is a secluded garden, shaded by trees and shrubs, ideal for eating al fresco. There is a stone built barbecue and garden furniture.
