5-room chalet 95 m2, very simple furnishings: dining room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Sep. WC. Terrace covered. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Please note: the layout of the apartment, the boiler is in one of the bedrooms. The bedroom with a double bed is accessed throught either the bedroom with a double and a single bed or by the sitting room.

Mimizan-Bourg: Five wood houses (chalet style) 4 terraced and 1 independent, situated outside of the resort near to the lake and the forest. Lake, marine centre 100m (non supervised swimming). For shared use: grounds (fenced). Parking by the house. Shop 3 km. Public bathing area 6 km.
