New, nice house, in the district of Cévennes 1.5 km from the centre of Montpellier. Private: garden 1000 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), terrace (100 m2). Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Montpellier St-Roch" 2 km. Sandy beach 12 km. For stays of 2 weeks: 1 3 hour cleaning session is included in the rental. Please note: separate apartment attached to the house.
