Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and shower/WC, exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace 15 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Nice view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds.

Montarnaud 20 km from Montpellier: nice house, on the outskirts. Private: garden 3000 m2 flowers and trees, swimming pool (46 m2 depth 110 - 180 cm, 03.06.-30.09.). Parking, in the grounds. Shop, grocers, restaurant 800 m. Sandy beach 25 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 15 km, riding stables 500 m. Please note: car essential.
