Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. 2 sep. WC's. Air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Garage. ADSL Internet. NB: Access to the house is via 15 steps.

New, nice house, in the district of Cévennes 1.5 km from the centre of Montpellier. Private: garden 1'000 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), terrace (100 m2). Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station 2 km, sandy beach 12 km. For stays of 2 weeks: 1 3 hour cleaning session is included in the rental. Please note: separate apartment attached to the house.
