Living/dining room with satellite-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath-room, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and shower/WC, exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Large terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace 15 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Nice view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds. Breakage deposit: 1500 Euros. Please note: the staircase to upstairs does not have a bannister.

Montarnaud 20 km from Montpellier: nice house, on the outskirts. Private: garden 3'000 m2 flowers and trees, swimming pool (46 m2 depth 110 - 180 cm, 03.06.-30.09.). Parking in the grounds. Shop, grocers, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach 25 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 15 km, riding stables 500 m. Please note: car essential.
