Kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, bidet, sep. WC. Upper floor (steep stair): gallery. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm), TV. Shower/WC. Terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Fridge with icemaker. From the large living/dining room, access to a veranda with living room. From the veranda, access to a separate apartment with airconditioning: living/dining room with TV, 1 room with 1 double bed of 140 cm and TV, 1 shower/WC, open kitchen separated by a breakfast bar, with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, small dishwasher and small freezer. Please note: from the large living/dining room, access to the gallery. In the laundry: washing machine, dryer and freezer. Breakage deposit: 800 Euros.

Serignan le Comtat 8 km from Orange: house, built in 1900, renovated, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre. Private: grounds 1 ha with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 250 - 250 cm, 01.05.-01.09.), outside shower. In the house: central heating. Parking, in the grounds. Shop, grocers 1 km. Golf course 4 km. Please note: car essential. The holiday house has a 2nd swimming pool (4 m x 2 m and 0.50 cm deep). Pool house with outside shower (hot water), 2 hot plates, microwave oven, sink, fridge. Shelter for 2 cars. At the end of the fenced grounds, opposite the grounds are 2 horses.
